Working Principle


The servo rotor pump butter filling machine is mainly composed of a stainless steel cam rotor pump, a servo motor, a quantitative control system, and related pipelines and valves. Its working principle is as follows: The servo motor drives the cam to rotate, which in turn drives the rotor to rotate, forming multiple closed working chambers inside the pump. During the suction stage, the volume of the working chambers increases, creating a negative pressure that sucks the butter into the working chambers. During the discharge stage, the volume of the working chambers decreases, the butter is squeezed, the pressure rises, and it is pushed to the filling outlet. The quantitative control system realizes accurate control of the filling volume by controlling the rotational speed and rotation time of the servo motor.
