Working Principle
The servo rotary pump filling machine mainly consists of a stainless steel cam rotary pump, a servo motor, a quantitative control system, and related pipelines and valves. Its working principle is as follows: The servo motor drives the cam to rotate, which in turn drives the rotor to rotate. During the rotation of the rotor, multiple closed working chambers are formed inside the pump. During the suction stage, the volume of the working chambers gradually increases, creating a negative pressure to suck the toilet cleaner liquid into the working chambers. During the discharge stage, the volume of the working chambers gradually decreases. The toilet cleaner liquid is squeezed, the pressure rises, and it is pushed to the filling outlet. The quantitative control system realizes accurate control of the filling volume by controlling the rotational speed and rotation time of the servo motor, ensuring that the amount of toilet cleaner liquid output for each filling reaches the predetermined accurate value.
