Working Principle


The rotary lobe pump spreading machine mainly consists of parts such as a servo motor, a rotary lobe pump, a control system, and a spreading device. The servo motor drives the rotary lobe pump to accurately convey the materials in the storage container to the spreading device. Under the action of the control system, the spreading device works in coordination with the conveying system of the object to be spread, thus evenly spreading the materials on the surface of the object. Taking the bread spreading machine as an example, the conveyor belt transports the bread, and the rotary lobe pump conveys the sauce to the spreading head. The spreading head moves synchronously with the bread to achieve even spreading.
