Working Principle
The high-viscosity grease rotor pump filling machine uses a rotor pump to extract and transport grease. Its working principle is based on the internal meshing principle. The pitch circles of the internal and external gears are closely adjacent on one side, while the other side is separated by a "crescent plate". The gears rotate in the same direction without the phenomenon of trapped liquid. The driving gear with internal teeth (outer rotor) drives the inner rotor to rotate in the same direction within the fully enclosed pump body. The crescent plates on the pump body and the front cover separate the suction port and the discharge port. During rotation, a negative pressure is formed at the suction port, and the grease is sucked in. The rotor then transports the grease to the discharge port, where it is discharged out of the pump body under pressure, thus completing the transportation of the grease and further realizing the filling process.
Structural Composition
Electrical Part: It includes power supply, key control, touch instrument, sensor, servo controller, servo motor, etc., which are used to control the operation and set parameters of the filling machine.
Oil Extraction System: It consists of oil inlet pipeline, cam rotor pump, oil outlet pipeline, anti-drip and anti-leakage nozzle, etc., and is responsible for extracting, transporting the grease and preventing dripping and leakage.
Frame and Shell: They are mostly made of high-quality stainless steel, with an elegant appearance and meeting the requirements of food hygiene. The pipelines in contact with materials are generally made of 304# stainless steel and plastic pipes, enabling CIP cleaning.
Filling System: It includes filling heads, anti-drip and anti-leakage devices, lifting and filling devices, etc., ensuring that the grease is accurately filled into containers and preventing dripping and stringing phenomena during the filling process.
Features and Advantages
High-Precision Filling: Through high-precision sensors and advanced control algorithms, it can monitor changes in parameters such as the flow rate and pressure of grease in real time and adjust the filling process in a timely manner according to this feedback information to ensure the filling accuracy. Even during long-term continuous filling operations, the fluctuation range of the accuracy is relatively small, generally reaching ±0.5% or even higher.
Wide Applicability: It is suitable for filling various high-viscosity greases, such as butter, petrolatum, lubricating oil, edible oil, etc., and can achieve good filling effects for greases with different viscosities. It can also be applied in multiple industries such as daily chemicals, medicine, food, beverages, and chemical engineering.
Flexible Adjustability: Both the filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted arbitrarily according to needs, which can meet the requirements of different production scales and production processes and improve production efficiency.
Energy Saving and Stability: By adopting delicate servo motors, it is more energy-efficient while ensuring sufficient power, and it operates stably and reliably with a long service life, which can effectively reduce production costs and maintenance costs.
Good Material Adaptability: Some filling machines have a relatively wide material temperature adaptability range, such as 0 - 60 °C. In a low-temperature environment, the grease can be appropriately heated by a heating device to reduce its viscosity to ensure smooth filling. In a high-temperature environment, good heat dissipation systems and temperature control systems can prevent the grease from deteriorating due to excessive temperature or affecting the filling accuracy.
Technical Parameters
Filling Accuracy: It is usually between ±0.5% and ±1%. Some high-precision filling machines can reach about ±0.2%.
Filling Volume Range: It varies according to different models and specifications. Generally, it ranges from dozens of milliliters to hundreds of liters. For example, the filling volume of common small filling machines is 100 milliliters - 5 liters, and that of large filling machines can reach 200 liters or more.
Filling Speed: Affected by factors such as filling volume and grease viscosity, it is generally in the range of 10 - 100 barrels/hour or 100 - 500 bottles/hour. There are also some high-speed filling machines that can achieve higher filling speeds.
Power Requirement: Most of them are three-phase alternating current 380V 50Hz. Some small filling machines can use 220V power supply.
Power: The power varies depending on the equipment model and configuration. The power of small filling machines is generally 1 - 3kW, and that of large filling machines may be above 5kW.
