Structural Characteristics
The 3QGB series triple screw pumps are positive displacement pumps, mainly composed of components such as screws and pump sleeves. Their structures are simple and compact, with relatively small volumes, which are convenient for installation and maintenance.
They are made of cast steel, possessing good strength and corrosion resistance, and can adapt to various working environments. There are two structures, namely with heat preservation and without heat preservation. For high-viscosity media, it is recommended to use the screw pump with heat preservation structure to reduce the viscosity of the medium and facilitate transportation.


Working Principle
Relying on the rotating screws that mesh with each other inside the pump sleeve, the medium to be transported is enclosed in the meshing cavity and continuously and uniformly pushed to the discharge port along the axial direction of the screw, thus providing a stable pressure for the system.

Sealing Performance
The mechanical sealing method is adopted, and different materials of mechanical sealing friction parts can be selected according to the different media transported by users. For high-viscosity media, cemented carbide materials with high mechanical strength and good wear resistance will be selected to ensure good sealing performance under harsh working conditions such as high temperature, preventing medium leakage and avoiding environmental pollution and waste of resources.


Installation Methods
There are various installation methods, such as horizontal type, flange type, vertical oil-immersed type and suspended type, etc. Users can flexibly select the appropriate installation method according to the actual working conditions and installation space requirements to meet different production needs.
