Working Principle:
The cam rotor pump is a positive displacement rotor pump. The cam and the rotor inside the pump cooperate with each other to form several closed chambers. When the cam rotates, the rotor rotates accordingly, causing the volume of the chambers to change periodically. During the suction stage, the volume of the chambers gradually increases, creating a negative pressure to suck in the liquid; during the discharge stage, the volume of the chambers gradually decreases, creating a positive pressure to discharge the liquid.


Product Features:
Strong Self-priming Ability: The special structural design of the cam rotor pump endows it with a strong self-priming ability. For example, a pair of three-lobe spiral rotors fully coated with rubber is used. During the operation process, a vacuum is formed in the flow-through chamber, and the medium is sucked into the flow-through chamber through the positive and negative differential pressures, and then pushed to the outlet end by the rotor to complete the conveying process. After the pump is started, it can draw water within a short time (usually about 3 seconds) without the need for priming.
Wear Resistance: The rotors are usually fully coated with rubber, and the continuous upgrading of the rubber material has improved its wear resistance and corrosion resistance to the medium, enabling it to handle various complex fluid media and having a long service life.
Non-clogging: Its structure allows soft solids and tiny particles of a certain volume to pass through the flow-through chamber, and it is not prone to clogging. However, if there are situations where large and thick plastic bags, etc. that cannot pass through pump models with smaller pipe diameters appear, it is necessary to check the feeding position or the medium condition at the source.
Smooth Operation: The cam rotor pump adopts a double-rotor structure, and the operation process is relatively smooth and has good stability. It can operate normally under harsh working conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.
Energy-saving and High Efficiency: Adopting the positive displacement conveying method, it has a relatively high conveying efficiency. Its unique sealing structure also reduces leakage and energy consumption. Moreover, this pump has a relatively wide flow regulation range and can be accurately regulated according to actual needs.


Application Fields:
Petroleum Industry: It can be used to convey crude oil, heavy oil, thick oil, fuel oil, polymers, suspended solids, latex, and gas-water-solid mixtures, etc., and is widely used in aspects such as crude oil transportation and waste oil recovery.
Municipal Field: It is suitable for metering lime slurry, activated carbon, flocculant, transporting primary sludge, concentrated sludge, digested sludge, sludge in water, precipitated sludge, scum, and dewatered sludge cakes, etc.
Fire-fighting Field: The characteristics of strong self-priming and high lift are suitable for long-distance water source fire-fighting water intake from rivers and lakes.
Paper-making Industry: It can convey pulp, suspension, printing and dyeing slurry, coating, fiber, ink, viscose liquid, etc.
Food Industry: It is used to convey jam, dairy products, fiber syrup, syrup, food raw materials, stock solution, etc., and can also be used for vacuum suction, backwashing, pickling, and sediment discharge.
Ship Docks: It can convey ship sewage, bilge sludge, marine oil spill, crude oil, lubricating oil, chemical raw materials, etc.
