The working process of the four-station fully automatic servo rotor pump filling machine is generally as follows

Equipment Inspection: Before starting the machine, the operator needs to check whether each component of the filling machine is in normal condition, including the conveyor belt, servo motor, rotary lobe pump, filling nozzle, electrical control system, etc., to ensure that the equipment is free from damage or malfunction. Meanwhile, check whether the connection parts of the equipment are tightened and whether there are any leakage problems in the pipelines.

Cleaning and Disinfection: If the machine is used in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals, the equipment needs to be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected to ensure the hygienic safety of the products. When cleaning, the dust and dirt on the surface of the equipment should be cleaned up. For the components that come into contact with the materials, such as the filling nozzle and pipelines, they need to be cleaned with special cleaning agents and then disinfected.

Material Preparation: Prepare the materials to be filled and place them in the material storage tank. Ensure that the quality of the materials meets the requirements and there are no problems such as impurities and sediments. If the materials need to be heated or stirred, they should be processed in advance.

Parameter Setting: Set the relevant parameters of the filling machine according to the requirements of the filled products, such as the filling volume, filling speed, and filling accuracy. These parameters can be set through the control panel or touch screen of the filling machine.

Container Loading: Place the containers to be filled on the conveyor belt of the filling machine. The conveyor belt is usually driven by a high-precision servo motor, which can achieve precise conveying control. The containers can be in different packaging forms such as bottles, cans, and bags.

Container Positioning: When the containers move to a specific position along with the conveyor belt, the sensors will detect the arrival of the containers and transmit the signals to the control system. The control system will control the conveyor belt to stop, making the containers accurately stop at the filling station for the filling operation.

Lowering of the Filling Nozzle: After the container positioning is completed, the cylinder or other lifting devices will drive the filling nozzle to descend, making the filling nozzle insert into the opening of the container. The filling nozzle is connected to the rotary lobe pump through pipelines. The rotary lobe pump extracts the materials from the storage tank and transports them to the filling nozzle.

Starting to Fill: The rotary lobe pump starts to work. During the rotation process, the pair of synchronously and reversely rotating rotors inside it sucks in and discharges the liquid by relying on the volume change of the closed chambers formed between the rotors and the pump body. Under the action of the rotary lobe pump, the materials are injected into the containers through the filling nozzle.

Control of the Filling Volume: During the filling process, the control system will monitor the filling volume in real time. When the preset filling volume is reached, the rotary lobe pump will stop working, thus ensuring that the filling volume of each container is accurate. Some advanced filling machines can also automatically adjust the filling volume according to the size and shape of the containers.

Raising of the Filling Nozzle: After the filling is completed, the cylinder or lifting device will drive the filling nozzle to ascend, making it leave the container.

Container Conveying: The conveyor belt starts again to convey the filled containers to the next station, such as the capping, labeling, packaging stations, or directly to the finished product area.

Equipment Cleaning: After completing a batch of filling work, the filling machine needs to be cleaned to prevent the residue of materials from polluting the equipment and the products of the next batch. When cleaning, clear water or special cleaning agents can be used to clean the equipment through the cleaning system of the filling machine.

Equipment Maintenance: Regularly maintain the filling machine, including checking the wear condition of the equipment, replacing the wearing parts, lubricating the moving parts of the equipment, etc., to ensure the normal operation and service life of the equipment.
