The rotor pump filling machine is a kind of equipment that conducts material filling based on the principle of the rotor pump.
Working Principle
It mainly consists of components such as the rotor and the pump body. The rotor rotates inside the pump body, and the suction, transportation, and discharge of materials are achieved through the continuous changes of the sealed chambers formed between the rotor and the pump body, thus completing the filling operation of the packaging containers. When the rotor rotates, a low-pressure area will be generated at a specific position, causing the materials to be sucked into the chambers. Subsequently, with the continuous rotation of the rotor, the materials are pushed to the filling outlet and filled into the corresponding containers.
Characteristics
Strong Adaptability: It can handle various materials with different properties, including but not limited to all kinds of liquids (such as beverages, oils, etc.), semi-fluids (such as jams, pastes, etc.), and even some materials containing small particles (such as fruit juices with pulp, etc.) can also complete the filling tasks quite well.
Relatively High Filling Precision: Through reasonable design and precise control, the filling volume can be controlled relatively accurately, with the error being kept within a certain range, meeting the requirements of different products for the filling volume.
Stable Operation: The rotation of the rotor is relatively smooth, and the vibration and noise generated during the operation of the equipment are usually small. Moreover, it can maintain continuous and stable filling operations, which helps to improve production efficiency.
Application Fields
It is widely used in numerous industries such as food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. In the food and beverage industry, it can be used for the filling of beverages, sauces, etc.; in the chemical industry, it can be used for the filling of various chemical raw materials, reagents, etc.; in the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used for the filling operations of pharmaceuticals, etc., providing effective filling solutions for the product packaging of different industries.
