Liquid quantitative filling machine filling capacity

Liquid quantitative filling machine filling volume debugging:

1. First loosen the nut and then adjust the screw to change the position of the lower fixing rod. As a result, the push-pull length of the syringe is also changed, achieving the goal of freely adjusting the dispensing volume. The screw is adjusted clockwise to increase, and vice versa to decrease, with the pointer indicating. Using a 5ml syringe, check the 5ml mark on one side, and using a 10ml syringe, check the 10ml mark on the other side. For models 20, 100, and 500, directly measure the amount with the ruler and pointer. However, due to the different thicknesses of each syringe, there may be errors in the actual packaging amount. The scale of the syringe should be used as the standard, or a measuring cup can be used to measure the amount at the beginning of packaging.

2. After adjustment, tighten the nut immediately to firmly secure the lower fixing rod to the crankshaft.

3. Loosen the nut and determine the correct position of the upper fixing rod according to the pushing and pulling length of different syringes. After adjusting the lower fixing rod, rotate the crank to turn the syringe to the top dead center, then lift the outer sleeve of the syringe up about 2mm to avoid damaging the needle tube. After tightening the nut, turn on the syringe.

4. After the machine is assembled correctly, turn on the switch. When the machine is working, the crank drives the syringe to pull up and down to extract liquid. Adjust the speed knob, select the appropriate dispensing speed, and start working normally. Adjust the speed regulator knob. Clockwise dispensing speed is faster, otherwise it is slower.

Malfunction and maintenance of liquid quantitative filling machine:

1. After turning on, the crankshaft cannot rotate normally. Fault:

A: The upper fixing rod is biased downwards, causing the inner and outer tubes of the syringe to be firmly pushed, resulting in the crankshaft not being able to rotate. The nut should be loosened, and the upper fixing rod should be moved up to the appropriate position before tightening the nut.

B: During the assembly of the syringe, the inner and outer tubes may get stuck due to uncleanliness, and the syringe needs to be removed for cleaning.

C: The injection system is not installed in the bearing area. Make it unable to function properly, it must be reinstalled.

2. The injection is uneven, the joint is not tightened properly, and there is air leakage. Further tightening is required.

3. The machine rotates normally, but no dispensing fluid is discharged. Fault:

A: There are foreign objects inside the valve that need to be cleaned;

B: The upper and lower pins inside the valve are placed incorrectly (both pins are facing downwards and cannot be installed backwards).

C: When there is liquid leakage from the outlet at the lower end of the piston in the 100 and 500ml models, the cylinder should be disassembled and replaced with a random sealing ring. Note: The sealing ring should use a φ 65 × 3.1 acid and alkali resistant sealing ring.

Disinfection method and flushing of liquid quantitative filling machine:

1. Loosen the upper and lower fastening screws, disassemble the dispensing system for overall disinfection, or disassemble and clean separately.

2. Place the inlet pipe in the cleaning solution and turn it on for cleaning.

3. The 500ml model may have errors in actual filling, so use a graduated cylinder to measure accurately before formal filling.
