Product Description
1、 Introduction to Rotary Pump (Cam Rotary Multipurpose Conveyor Pump)
Rotary pumps, also known as colloid pumps, three bladed pumps, shoe sole pumps, etc., are widely used in industries such as food, beverage, chemical, and pharmaceutical. Due to the unique shape and high precision requirements of the rotor pump, there are few successful manufacturers in China. Many users can only purchase imported rotor pump equipment. To change this unfavorable situation, our company organized technical personnel to tackle the problem, developed a rotor curve design program in C language, and inputted it into the machining center for precision machining, thereby ensuring the high precision requirements and strict consistency requirements of the key components of the pump.
The TRA type cam rotor pump is a redesign and transformation of the traditional TR type by Leehom Pump Industry, making its performance more optimized, structure more compact and beautiful, and efficiency higher. Structure: Adopting a coupled shaft assembly, the volume is reduced (the length can be shortened by 100-250mm), the footprint is reduced, the structure is compact, and it is wrapped in stainless steel, mirror polished, with a beautiful appearance and high grade, avoiding the peeling of the original paste and paint. Performance optimization: Adopting integrated assembly of the coupling, reducing power consumption, noise, and wear of the elastic coupling, and improving work efficiency through replacement, achieving the highest efficiency, minimum internal sliding, and longer service life. The following is a brief introduction to the performance characteristics of the pump:
(-) Working principle of universal transfer pump:
The rotary pump relies on two synchronously rotating rotors (with 2-4 teeth) to generate suction (vacuum degree) at the inlet during the rotation process, thereby sucking in the material to be conveyed. Two rotors divide the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of a → b → c → d. When operating to position a, only chamber I is filled with medium; When reaching position b, a portion of the medium is enclosed in chamber B; When reaching position C, the medium is also enclosed in room A; When reaching position d, chamber A and chamber B are connected to chamber II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port. In this cycle, the medium (material) is continuously transported out.
(2) Characteristics of Universal Transfer Pump:
1. Comparison with centrifugal pumps (milk pumps): Centrifugal pumps have been widely used due to their simple structure and low cost. There are several main differences between it and a universal transfer pump, including:
a) The universal conveying pump belongs to the positive displacement pump, and the conveying flow can be accurately controlled or easily made into a variable displacement pump. The output flow rate of a centrifugal pump cannot be controlled and decreases with increasing resistance: universal transfer pumps have strong self-priming ability, and centrifugal pumps must be filled with liquid before operation.
b) The speed of the universal conveying pump is very low, usually between 200rpm and 600rpm, and the conveyed material is smoothly output without damaging its composition. The speed of centrifugal pumps is very high, and the conveyed material is subjected to strong impact and centrifugal force. Therefore, centrifugal pumps often produce inconsistent material composition when conveying mixtures, resulting in a decrease in the quality of the finished product. And the universal conveying pump is the best choice to solve this problem, so it is particularly suitable for conveying mixed materials and even materials containing solid particles.
