Introduction to Cycloid Internal Gear Pump: Cycloid internal gear pump is a new type of positive displacement pump developed based on the needs of industries such as petroleum, chemical, coatings, oils, pharmaceuticals, dyes, food, chocolate, etc. Cycloid internal gear pump is widely used for conveying media with different properties and viscosities due to its ability to choose different materials and unique structure. The pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotors, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearings, etc. There are two forms of seals: mechanical seals and packing seals. For media with high temperature, high viscosity, and strong corrosiveness, packing seals are preferred.
When conveying materials that are prone to crystallization, insulation jackets can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which are melted by steam insulation during operation.
Application scope of internal gear pump:
1. Food and beverage categories: dairy products, latex, chocolate, syrup, cheese, malt extract, beer
2. Fruit concentrates: Pudding, jam, jelly, tomato sauce
3. Pastry products: fats and oils, etc
4. Cosmetics: face cream, detergent, hair gel, perfume oil, etc
5. Oils: crude oil, heavy oil, and finished oil, etc
6. Chemical industry: dyes, fats, solvents, resins, and polymers
● Product advantages:
(1) Smooth liquid transportation, no pulsation, low vibration, and low noise.
(2) Has strong self-priming performance.
(3) Correctly selecting component materials can transport a variety of corrosive media, and the operating temperature can reach 200 ℃.
(4) The inner and outer rotors have the same direction of rotation, with minimal wear and a long service life.
(5) The speed of the pump is linearly related to the flow rate, and the speed can be adjusted appropriately to change the flow rate of the pump.
(6) Especially suitable for conveying high viscosity media.
Transmission of internal gear pump:
The transmission of internal gear pumps generally has the following forms
1. Motor+constant speed ratio reducer: This transmission method is simple, with a constant rotor speed, which determines the non adjustability of the flow rate.
2. Motor+mechanical friction type continuously variable transmission: This type of transmission is achieved through manual adjustment, characterized by safety and reliability, high torque, and continuously adjustable flow rate. The disadvantage is non automatic adjustment, which is more complicated. The speed regulation is carried out during operation and cannot be adjusted while the machine is stopped. Its use and maintenance should refer to the manufacturer's user manual.
3. Variable frequency motor+frequency converter: This method can achieve automatic adjustment of speed, that is, achieve stepless adjustment of flow rate. Its advantages are high degree of automation and large low-speed torque. The disadvantage is that the price of the frequency converter is relatively high. Refer to the manufacturer's user manual for its use and maintenance.
