Submerged gear pump
Submerged gear pump, also known as bucket type submerged internal gear pump, is a new type of positive displacement pump developed based on the needs of submerged gear pumps in industries such as petroleum, chemical, coatings, oils, pharmaceuticals, dyes, and food. Due to the availability of different materials and unique structures, submerged gear pumps are widely used for conveying media with different properties and viscosities. The pump mainly consists of inner and outer rotors, shaft, pump body, front cover, bracket, seal, bearings, etc. There are three forms of seals: mechanical seal, packing seal, and magnetic transmission. For media with high temperature, high viscosity, and strong corrosiveness, packing seal is selected.
Plug in bucket is mainly used for conveying materials in turnover buckets, underwater tanks, etc. Insert directly into the bottom of the bucket without the hassle of emptying and refilling the first time. Don't worry about the suction problem caused by the high viscosity of the material.
When conveying materials that are prone to crystallization, insulation jackets can be designed on the front cover and pump body, which are melted by steam insulation during operation.
