1. Pay attention to the sealing of the suction pipeline. Before starting the stereoscopic screen, the suction pipeline chamber should be filled with pumping medium and rotated several times with a pipe clamp. Then start. It is strictly prohibited to idle without a medium, which may cause damage to the stator

2. Pumps in winter or high-altitude regions should be stopped when not in use. The bottom plug should be opened. Drain the accumulated fluid to prevent freezing damage.

3. During use, always pay attention to the flow rate, pressure, and other conditions of the pump. If there is a sudden change or abnormal sound in the flow rate or pressure, it should be checked and resolved in a timely manner.

4. For pumps with high viscosity, crystallization, particle content, or corrosive media, they should be cleaned after use to prevent sedimentation or damage.

5. Pay attention to the coaxiality of the pump's transmission system. Before leaving the factory, the pump and power end (some including the base) have been adjusted. However, during installation, due to uneven foundations, tightening the anchor bolts may cause the base to twist and cause the center of the coupling to shift. The installation deviation of the coupling should be rechecked: displacement △ × ≤ 0.3 millimeters, angle deviation △ ≤ 30.

Installation of single screw pump

1. Pay attention to the direction of the motor to prevent reverse rotation

2. A detachable pipeline slightly longer than the stator should be installed before the liquid outlet to facilitate the replacement of the stator.

3. The inlet of the pump is in the vertical direction and the outlet is in the horizontal direction, which can make the seal work in a negative pressure state, reduce the pressure in the sealing chamber, and rotate counterclockwise when viewed from the outlet direction. In addition, the inlet and outlet flanges (pipelines) of the pump should not bear the weight of the pipeline, so support points should be provided for the pipeline.

4. Clean the pipeline thoroughly before installation to prevent foreign objects from damaging the stator and rotor and causing blockages.

5. The diameter of the pipeline should be matched with the diameter of the pump as much as possible. A too small inlet diameter can cause insufficient feeding of the pump, which in turn affects the pump's discharge volume and output pressure. In severe cases, it can cause pipeline vibration and early damage to the stator; However, a too small outlet diameter can cause unnecessary loss of outlet pressure.

6. For shaft seals using mechanical seals, attention should be paid to introducing clean water, lubricating oil, or other coolant.

For single end sealed shaft seals, if the medium being transported is viscous and prone to solidification and crystallization, it is necessary to clean the mechanical seal after stopping the pump to ensure its normal operation. There is a British style pipe thread interface on both sides of the sealed box, and a random outlet throttling joint is also provided to directly connect the inlet pipeline of the circulating liquid to the sealed box; And connect the outlet throttling joint on its outlet side (which is crucial for maintaining a certain pressure inside the sealed adaptability box), and then connect it to the outlet pipeline. When working, the circulating fluid should be started first, and then the pump should be started; Stop the pump operation first, and then turn off the circulating fluid.
