1、 Overview of the structural characteristics of high concentration sludge discharge pumps
The high concentration mud pump is an efficient and wear-resistant mud pump designed by Tsinghua University, which adopts the latest international solid-liquid two-phase flow ratio theory. According to the installation form, it is divided into NJZ type (horizontal mud pump) and NJZL type (vertical liquid immersion mud pump), and according to the outlet diameter, it is divided into specifications such as 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 75mm, 50mm, etc. It can completely convert the fluid energy inside the pump body and improve the wear and tear state of the components. Advanced hydraulic design, reasonable structural design, high hardness and wear-resistant material Cr15M3 make the pump more efficient than other mud pumps, with good cavitation performance, long service life, and reliable operation. It can be widely used in industrial sectors such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, etc. for transporting tailings, concentrated sand and ash, coal slurry, crushed stone and other strong abrasives, high concentration mud. The maximum weight concentration of its solid-liquid mixture can reach 80% mortar, and 60% pulp can be connected in series according to user needs.
2. Structural description
Below are descriptions of the structure of the pump head, shaft seal, and rotating part.
Pump head section
NJZ pump is a dual pump casing structure, which means the pump body has a replaceable wear-resistant metal lining (including impeller, sheath, protective plate, etc.). The pump body is made of gray cast iron according to the working pressure, opened vertically and fixed with bolts. The front end of the pump body is fixed to the bracket with bolts. The nozzle of the pump can rotate and be installed at eight angles. The front and rear of the impeller have rear blades to reduce leakage and extend the service life of the pump. The pump inlet is horizontal, and when viewed from the direction of rotation, the pump rotates clockwise.
2. Shaft seal part
In order to improve the reliability and service life of the shaft seal, the pump shaft seal adopts two forms of coexistence, namely the auxiliary impeller shaft seal and the sealing shaft seal. This pump has a longer maintenance cycle, which can reduce maintenance workload and increase pump usage. life.
3. Rotating components
The rotating part of the pump, including the bracket and bearing components, has a large diameter, good rigidity, short cantilever, and will not bend or vibrate under harsh working conditions. The bearings adopt tapered roller bearings and cylindrical roller bearings to bear the maximum axial and radial loads of the pump, and the bearings adopt grease lubrication and thin oil lubrication. The bearing body has sealed end caps, labyrinth sleeves, and labyrinth rings at both ends, which can effectively prevent slurry and other contaminants from entering the bearing and ensure its safety. The life of running is noble.
