02. Correct maintenance methods
After the user completes the oil unloading and sweeping work of the cam rotor pump, they need to check the joints of its various lines and pipelines. If loose joints are found, they should be tightened properly. After checking the tightness of the equipment's wiring and pipelines, it is also necessary to inspect the parts of the equipment that require lubrication. If any abnormal situation is found during use, it is necessary to stop the equipment operation in a timely manner.
03. Characteristics of cam rotor pump
In the later stage of oil unloading and sweeping process, there may be mixed transportation of gas and liquid, and the mechanical seal of ordinary centrifugal pumps is prone to burning out, resulting in increased overall operating costs. At the same time, the self-priming capacity cannot meet the process requirements. Cam rotor pumps can solve these problems.
