The GZYB high-pressure gear pump is a new gear oil pump product of Botou Special Pump and Valve Manufacturing Co., Ltd. It breaks through the traditional design concept of gear pumps and applies our company's independent hydraulic balancing, shock absorption, noise reduction, anti rotation parts pulling and bonding, anti impurity, etc.
All parts of the GZYB high-pressure gear pump are made of carbon structural steel and special alloy structural steel. The heat treatment method used ensures that there is no pulling or bonding of rotating parts. The pump operates at high pressure with low noise and vibration, smooth operation, and stable pressure.
The internal components of the GZYB high-pressure gear pump are independently lubricated and do not require daily maintenance during operation.
Due to its volume, the GZYB high-pressure gear pump can operate at a constant pressure at a low speed of 120r/min, which is not easy to achieve with conventional gear pumps.
The appearance of the GZYB high-pressure gear pump has been completely machined, with neat contour lines, good symmetry, and a beautiful and elegant appearance.
This pump is commonly used in lubrication systems of large mechanical equipment for long-term continuous operation. Due to the independent lubrication of the pump bearings, this pump has good adaptability to the following situations.
1. Crude oil transportation, pressurization, and suction and extraction in the petroleum industry.
2. Used in industries such as petrochemicals, electricity, road construction machinery, asphalt mixing stations, etc., for the transportation, pressurization, and furnace injection of diesel, heavy oil, coal tar, and other low-grade low-quality combustion oils containing non-metallic impurities with medium temperatures below 200 ℃.
3. In the edible oil industry, the process of crude refining, filtration, and purification containing clay components.
4. In emerging industries such as diesel, heavy oil, circulation heating, and emulsion combustion systems.
5. Used for various burner frequency regulation, speed control, constant pressure oil supply, and forced fuel injection systems.
