3GN (3QGB) series three screw pump

A three screw pump is a type of positive displacement pump that has a simple structure, small volume, allows for high speed, is stable and reliable, has small pressure pulsation, small flow volume, allows for high speed, is stable and reliable, has small pressure pulsation, and is based on the principle of flow screw engagement. It relies on the rotating screws to mesh with each other inside the pump sleeve, suck in and seal the conveyed medium in the engagement chamber, and uniformly push it towards the discharge port along the axial direction of the screw, forming a stable pressure at the discharge port.

Three screw pumps are only suitable for conveying lubricating liquids without solid particles at room temperature and can be used as general conveying pumps and supply pumps in hydraulic transmission devices. The 3QGB series insulated high viscosity three screw pump developed by the company after years of research and development is based on the optimization of the coordination between the screw and the pump sleeve, as well as the coordination between the main screw and the sub screw, to transport high-temperature and high viscosity media.

The 3QGB series insulated high viscosity three screw pump is mainly used for conveying high viscosity lubricating liquids, often used as a conveying pump for asphalt, heavy fuel oil, heavy gear oil, and heavy diesel oil. The pump is equipped with an insulation chamber and insulation channel inside, allowing gas or liquid to be used as a heat carrier, with a maximum working temperature of ≤ 350C. High viscosity media are generally transported by heating to reduce viscosity, with a transport viscosity typically ranging from 3.0 to 760mm/s.
