Working principle of peristaltic pump:
1. The peristaltic pump is mainly composed of a pump body, a rotating frame, an extrusion wheel, a recovery wheel, a hose, and a drive system.
2. The hose is U-shaped inside the pump body. When the rotating frame drives the extrusion wheel to rotate, the hose undergoes elastic deformation due to the accumulation of the extrusion wheel, forming negative pressure at the suction port to suck in the slurry. The slurry is discharged from the discharge port through the pushing of the extrusion wheel.
3. Breaking away from the traditional operation mode of pump impeller and shaft seal, it has great advantages in conveying media with high viscosity, high corrosiveness, and high fluid impurities.
