After the installation of the heat transfer oil pump and pipeline, regardless of whether water pressure or air pressure is used, the inlet and outlet valves of the heat transfer oil pump must be closed before pressure testing can be carried out to prevent damage to the seals and oil leakage.
1. Power on preparation
(1) Clean up the site, unscrew the bearing seat screws, and add thermal oil as lubricating oil (2) When moving the coupling pump by hand, it should rotate flexibly
(3) Before starting up, the heat transfer oil pump should be filled with the transported heat transfer oil to expel the air in the heat transfer oil pump. At this time, the gate valve on the outlet pipe should be closed
(4) The conveyed heat transfer oil should be uniformly heated and preheated before driving, which is achieved by continuously passing the conveyed heat transfer oil through the pump body. The preheating standard is that the temperature of the heat transfer oil pump casing should not be lower than the inlet oil temperature of 40 ° C, and the preheating speed should be 50 ° C. When starting up for preheating, the nut on the pump support foot should be loosened by 0.3-0.5 mm and tightened after preheating
