3RP cam rotor pump

The 3RP cam rotor pump belongs to the rotary displacement pump, with high efficiency and long service life. It is suitable for conveying suspended liquids containing solid particles at temperatures of -30 ℃ -+180 ℃, viscosity of 30-1.0 * 105cSt, and media with high requirements for corrosiveness and hygiene. The components inside the pump body that come into contact with the media are made of stainless steel media, and the pump speed can be changed according to the different physical characteristics of the media.

 The 3RP cam rotor pump is mainly composed of three parts: cam rotor, shaft seal, and gearbox. A pair of synchronously rotating gears drive the cam rotor to rotate, achieving the transportation of the medium. Shaft seals can be designed as packing seals or mechanical seals according to different working conditions. Adopting high-strength cast iron gearbox, spiral gear and heavy-duty bearings to ensure long service life. The main part is a box type assembly, and the rotor clearance should not be adjusted by disassembling the gearbox.

 The material of the O-ring is silicone rubber, and when the medium is corrosive, polytetrafluoroethylene is used.

Cam rotor pump performance test bench: a multifunctional test bench for measuring the curves, wear tests, and internal flow characteristics of solid, liquid, and vapor three-phase flow cam rotor pumps. Test principle: This test bench is a closed test bench, which mainly consists of a test pump, solid-liquid and gas-liquid mixing tank, motor, pressure measuring device, electromagnetic flowmeter, electric balance valve, and pipeline. The experiment uses the adjustment of the electric power regulating valve to measure a set of corresponding flow meter readings and inlet and outlet pressure parameters of the rotor pump at different flow rates, in order to obtain a set of flow rate Q, head H, power N and other data of the cam pump, and thus draw the H-Q N-Q characteristic curves of the pump. The test bench can also conduct internal flow characteristic tests on the test pump when installing a transparent model pump through visual testing methods such as PIV high-speed camera.

working principle

The cam rotor pump relies on two synchronously counter rotating rotors to generate suction force (vacuum degree) at a certain point during the rotation process, thereby sucking in the material to be conveyed. Two rotors separate the rotor chamber into several small spaces and operate in the order of ABCD; When operating to position A, only chamber I is filled with medium; When reaching position B, a portion of the medium is enclosed in chamber B, and when position C is reached, a portion of the medium is also enclosed in chamber A; When reaching position D A. Room B is connected to Room II, and the medium is transported to the discharge port.
