3. Whether the gap value meets the regulations, whether the lubrication in various places is excellent, and whether the maintenance technology level of the pump shaft bearing is improved. Strictly follow the cycle process of first scraping the bearing, then grinding, and then scraping the bearing to ensure that the total contact area between the piston pin and the shaft force meets the required specifications.

4. Timely handle the fatigue situation of components with vibration support points to avoid a decrease in resonance frequency caused by a reduction in compressive strength and bending stiffness.

Moderate clearance of motor bearings is guaranteed, and regular maintenance makes it very easy for parts to be damaged.

The third is to eliminate vibrations caused by the use and incorrect operation of the pump.

The parallel connection of dual pumps should ensure consistent pump performance. When using a cam rotor pump, the performance curve should gradually decrease to good and there should be no camel peaks. To prevent excessive pump vibration amplitude, precise measurement and analysis of vibration conditions can also be carried out to clarify the main parameters of the pump's optimal operation.
