Key points for selecting the model of cam rotor pump and selecting the transmission system

To achieve the actual effect of the dream camshaft rotor pump, customers are advised to independently choose the following aspects when selecting a professional emulsion pump:

1. Name of the conveying medium or liquid;

2. Medium viscosity and temperature;

The transportation of necessary head, working pressure, and total flow rate;

4. The total amount and size of particles commonly contained in the medium;

5. Selection of sockets (clamp joint, external thread, flange).

Selection of camshaft transmission system for rotary pump:

1. Motor+fixed ratio reducer: This type of transmission system has a simple method, and the rotor speed ratio will not change, so the characteristic of total flow rate cannot be selected.

2. Motor+Mechanical Equipment Friction CVT: This speed regulation is achieved through manual adjustment method, which has the advantages of reliability, large torque, and infinite adjustability. Its shortcomings are that automatic adjustment is inconvenient, and shifting is carried out during operation without shifting when the machine is turned off.

3. Variable frequency motor+variable frequency speed controller: This method can automatically adjust the speed ratio, that is, to achieve infinite variable speed of the total flow. It has advantages such as high level of intelligence and large torque at low speeds. The most commonly used rubber eraser packaging materials, stainless steel plates, copper raw materials, and steel raw materials are plastic coated raw materials and stainless steel plates. Stainless steel plates are suitable for conveying low viscosity media in the food industry, such as pure honey and sugar syrup; Copper rotors are generally stronger in self-priming applications than stainless steel plate rotors, and are commonly used in low viscosity oil transportation where self-priming is necessary.
