Rotary pump series

Rotary pump is a new type of technology pump that combines the characteristics of centrifugal pump and screw pump, and is a self-priming, valve free, positive displacement pump. The flow rate is proportional to the rotational speed and is suitable for self-priming or media containing particulate matter, as well as for transporting various viscous media. The pump has a compact structure, with low shear force on the medium during transportation, smooth operation, and low vibration.

Displacement: Positive displacement pump, flow rate up to 400m ³/H

Pressure: The pressure can reach up to 1.2Mpa.

Self suction: suction vacuum degree reaches -0.098Mpa

Efficiency: up to 90%

Friction free: Maintain a certain gap between rotors and between rotors and pump bodies, with no friction and long service life

Medium: Transportable medium with viscosity up to 1.5 million cp and slurry with a solid content of 70%

Reversible: structurally symmetrical, reversible transport direction

Idle: The rotating components are designed with low friction and special mechanical seals, allowing for dry operation

Repair: Easy disassembly and assembly, convenient maintenance and cleaning, small space occupation, and few vulnerable parts
