The cam type dual rotor pump adopts two synchronous rotors, which are transmitted by a pair of synchronous gears inside the box. The rotors rotate synchronously in the opposite direction under the drive of the main and auxiliary shafts, causing changes in the pump's volume and thus forming a high vacuum degree and discharge pressure, effectively conveying the medium. There is a certain gap between rotors and between rotors and pump bodies, with no friction coefficient, long service life, and no damage to the composition of the conveyed medium, without any physical or chemical reactions.

Rotor: The cam rotor processed by high-precision imported machining centers has extremely small errors. The unique cam rotor perfectly seals and isolates the inlet and outlet of the pump, and the vacuum degree of the pump is as high as -0.095MPA. The material and type of rotor can be selected according to the characteristics of the conveyed material.

Shaft: The transmission shaft is processed by an imported machining center and has the characteristics of high precision, high bending strength, and strong wear resistance.

Pump chamber: The pump chamber is sealed by a pump cover that can be quickly opened, achieving rapid maintenance of the pump. The pump body is processed using an imported machining center, strictly following the American 3A standard to meet the requirements of CIP and SIP.

Gears: High precision and high standard synchronous gears have good meshing performance, smooth transmission, low noise, and excellent load-bearing capacity.

Machine seal: Based on the different characteristics of the materials, targeted machine seal forms and materials are adopted to ensure zero leakage, no pollution, and more environmentally friendly.

Bearings: The six separated arrangement of bearings increases the concentricity of pump operation, enhances the bearing capacity of the shaft, and makes the pump run more smoothly, thereby increasing the service life of the shaft and seal.

Gearbox: The gearbox adopts imported machining centers with high machining accuracy, high concentricity, and strong universality.
