1. The range of use (flow rate, head) of the gear oil pump motor exceeds the design requirements of the gear pump, and a suitable motor needs to be selected according to the series of gear pump models
2. If the specific gravity of the medium exceeds that of the gear pump, a suitable motor for the gear pump needs to be configured.
If the pressure of the packing cover is too tight or the spring of the mechanical seal is adjusted too tightly, it is necessary to readjust the compression amount of the cover or mechanical seal spring
4. The assembly quality of the gear pump is poor, with friction or the motor not being concentric with the pump shaft. The assembly quality of the gear pump can be checked to eliminate assembly faults
