Basic working principle: A helical gear pump consists of two meshing gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers. When the gear rotates, the volume of the space on the disengagement side of the gear increases from small to large, forming a vacuum and thus sucking in liquid; And the volume of space on the meshing side of the gear decreases, squeezing the liquid into the pipeline.

Specific operation method: In the helical gear pump, with the drive of the electric motor, the driving gear drives the driven gear to rotate. When the mesh on one side of the suction chamber gradually separates, the volume of the suction chamber increases, the pressure decreases, and the liquid in the suction pipe is sucked into the pump. Subsequently, the liquid is pushed into the discharge chamber by the gears, and due to the continuous meshing of the teeth of the two gears, the liquid is squeezed out and enters the discharge pipe.

Characteristics: helical gear pumps typically have low noise and a large journal design, making them suitable for applications that require low vibration and stable flow. In addition, the design of helical gears also facilitates smooth liquid transportation, reducing pulsation and pressure fluctuations.
