Working Principle
Volumetric Filling Principle: Usually, piston-type or gear pump quantitative methods are adopted. Taking the piston type as an example, through the reciprocating motion of the piston in the cylinder, a certain volume of slime is extracted and then pushed into the packaging container. The stroke of the piston determines the filling volume. By precisely controlling the movement of the piston, accurate filling of 100 grams of slime can be achieved. For the gear pump quantitative method, it uses the meshing and separation of gears to transport the slime from the storage tank to the packaging container, and the filling volume is controlled by controlling the rotation speed and the number of revolutions of the gears.
Weighing Filling Principle: The container is first placed on the weighing sensor. When the slime is injected, the weighing sensor monitors the weight in real time. After the target weight of 100 grams is reached, the control system will automatically close the filling valve and stop the filling.
Structural Composition
Storage System: Generally composed of storage tanks made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, it is used to store the slime to be filled. The storage tank may be equipped with a stirring device to prevent the slime from settling or separating, ensuring the uniformity of the material.
Filling System: It includes components such as the filling head, piston, gear pump, and valve. The filling head is responsible for accurately injecting the slime into the packaging container; the piston or gear pump is used to extract and transport the slime; the valve controls the start and stop of the filling, as well as adjusts the filling speed.
Control System: Usually, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) or a single-chip microcomputer is used as the control core to achieve precise control of parameters such as the filling volume, filling speed, start and stop. It may also be equipped with a human-machine interface to facilitate operators to set parameters, diagnose faults, and monitor the equipment.
Conveying System: Composed of conveyor belts, conveyor chains, or star wheels, etc., it is used to transport empty packaging containers to the filling station and transport the filled containers to the next process, such as sealing and labeling.
Metering System: According to different filling principles, the metering system varies. The volumetric filling machine measures through the piston stroke or the rotation of the gear pump; the weighing filling machine relies on high-precision weighing sensors for weight measurement.
