Working Principle
The core component of the servo rotor pump hair clay filling machine is a stainless steel cam rotor pump. When the servo motor drives the cam to rotate, the rotor rotates accordingly. During the rotation of the rotor, multiple closed working chambers are formed inside the pump.
In the suction stage, the volume of the working chamber gradually increases, generating negative pressure, which sucks the hair clay material into the working chamber.
In the discharge stage, the volume of the working chamber gradually decreases, and the material is squeezed, causing the pressure to rise, and thus it is pushed to the filling outlet. The quantitative control system accurately controls the filling volume by controlling the rotation speed and rotation time of the servo motor. For example, through preset parameters, the control system can make the motor rotate a specific angle or number of turns within a specific time, ensuring that the amount of hair clay output for each filling reaches the predetermined accurate value.
Structural Composition
Material Storage and Conveying System: It includes components such as the hopper and conveying pipelines. The hopper is used to store hair clay materials. To prevent the hair clay from settling or caking in the hopper, some hoppers are equipped with stirring devices. The conveying pipeline transports the material from the hopper to the filling head, and the pipeline usually adopts insulation or heating measures to ensure the fluidity of the hair clay.
Filling System: It is composed of components such as the filling head and metering device. The design of the filling head will be optimized according to the characteristics of the hair clay and the shape of the container to ensure that the hair clay can be accurately and stably injected into the container. The metering device uses a combination of a rotor pump and a servo motor for precise metering to ensure filling accuracy.
Container Conveying and Positioning System: It is composed of components such as the conveyor belt, transmission device, and positioning device. The conveyor belt transports the containers to be filled from the feed inlet to the filling position. The positioning device accurately positions the containers directly below the filling head through methods such as mechanical stoppers and photoelectric sensors, ensuring the precise position of the containers during the filling process.
Control System: It usually adopts a combination of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touch screen for control. Operators can set parameters such as the filling volume, filling speed, and container specifications on the touch screen. The PLC controls the operation of each component according to the set parameters to achieve automated filling. At the same time, the control system also has functions such as fault alarm and diagnosis.
Features
High-precision Filling: The flow rate of the rotor pump can be accurately controlled, enabling high-precision filling, and the filling error can be controlled within a relatively small range, generally within ±1%.
Strong Adaptability: It can handle various materials with different viscosities, and it can also perform good filling for materials with high viscosity such as hair clay. It can fill products with different capacity requirements. By replacing the filling head and related components, it can adapt to the filling of various bottle shapes and containers.
Hygiene and Safety: Many components are made of materials that meet food hygiene standards, such as stainless steel 304 or 316L, etc. Its structural design is convenient for cleaning. For example, the pump body and pipeline can be disassembled and cleaned, and the filling head is also easy to clean, which meets the hygiene requirements for the production of daily chemical products.
Stable and Efficient: The working process of the rotor pump is relatively stable. During long-term filling operations, it can maintain a stable flow rate and pressure, which helps to improve production efficiency and reduce equipment failures and filling quality problems. The servo motor drive has a fast response speed, and can quickly achieve the start-stop and speed adjustment of the filling action, further improving production efficiency.
Application Fields
It is mainly applied to hair clay manufacturers in the daily chemical product production industry, and is used to fill hair clay into various packaging containers such as plastic bottles and hoses to meet the market sales demand. In addition, some professional institutions in the beauty and hairdressing industry or product customization enterprises will also use small servo rotor pump hair clay filling machines when customizing personalized hair clay products.
