Working Principle
Piston-type Filling Principle: Similar to the piston-type principle of the hair clay filling machine, the piston is driven by an air cylinder to make reciprocating movements in the cylinder barrel. When the piston moves backward, the hair wax enters the piston cylinder through the feed inlet under the action of atmospheric pressure. When the piston moves forward, the hair wax in the cylinder is extruded and filled into the container through the discharge outlet. The filling volume can be controlled by adjusting the stroke of the piston. This principle is often used in semi-automatic filling machines, which have a simple structure and are easy to operate.
Gear Pump Filling Principle: Utilize a pair of meshing gears to rotate inside the pump body. When the gears rotate, the hair wax is sucked into the tooth spaces of the gears and is carried to the discharge outlet as the gears rotate, achieving quantitative filling. The rotational speed of the gear pump is directly proportional to the filling volume. By precisely controlling the rotational speed of the motor, the rotational speed of the gears can be accurately controlled, thus precisely controlling the filling volume. This principle is suitable for hair wax filling production lines with high requirements for filling accuracy.
Structural Composition
Material Storage and Conveying System: It includes components such as the hopper and conveying pipelines. The hopper is used to store hair wax materials. To prevent the hair wax from solidifying or settling in the hopper, some hoppers are equipped with heating and stirring devices to ensure that the materials can be uniformly and smoothly conveyed to the filling head through the conveying pipelines.
Filling System: The core part is composed of components such as the filling head and metering device. Container Conveying and Positioning System: It is composed of components such as the conveyor belt, transmission device, and positioning device. The conveyor belt transports the containers to be filled from the feed inlet to the filling position. The positioning device accurately positions the containers directly below the filling head through methods such as mechanical stoppers and photoelectric sensors to ensure the precise position of the containers during the filling process and avoid filling deviations.
Control System: It usually adopts a combination of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a touch screen for control. Operators can set parameters such as the filling volume, filling speed, and container specifications on the touch screen. The PLC controls the operation of each component according to the set parameters to achieve automated filling. At the same time, the control system also has functions such as fault alarm and diagnosis, which facilitates the timely troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Types
Semi-automatic Hair Wax Filling Machine: Operations such as bottle loading and unloading are completed manually, while the filling process is automatically executed by the machine. It is suitable for small and medium-scale production and has a relatively low equipment cost.
