Working Principle
Piston-type Filling Principle: The piston is driven by the air cylinder to make reciprocating motion in the cylinder barrel. When the piston moves backward, the hair clay material enters the piston cylinder through the feed inlet under the action of atmospheric pressure. When the piston moves forward, the hair clay in the cylinder is extruded and filled into the container through the discharge outlet. The filling volume can be controlled by adjusting the stroke of the piston. For example, some semi-automatic piston-type hair clay filling machines adopt this method, which has a simple structure and is easy to operate.
Screw Pump Filling Principle: The rotation of the screw is used to convey the hair clay material. When the screw rotates in the pump body, a sealed space is formed to convey the hair clay from the feed inlet to the discharge outlet, realizing quantitative filling. The rotation speed of the screw pump is directly proportional to the filling volume. By controlling the rotation speed of the motor, the rotation speed of the screw can be accurately controlled, so as to achieve the purpose of accurately controlling the filling volume. Structural Composition
