The RYF series air-cooled hot oil pump has been developed based on the characteristics of many excellent hot oil circulation pumps in various regions.The pump is characterized by high temperature resistance(based on actual reports),long-term stable operation in a hot state,no leakage,and no additional cooling system.Suitable for transporting high-temperature liquids without solid particles,suitable for temperatures not exceeding 350℃.And it has a certain resistance to weak corrosion.It can be widely used in petrochemical,oil and fat,wood processing,food industry,road construction,pharmaceuticals,plastic rubber,synthetic fibers,paper printing,textile printing and dyeing,and other hot oil circulation systems.Widely used in hot oil heating systems.It is an ideal heat carrier medium circulation pump.
This type of hot oil pump is a single-stage structure divided into foot support and center support.The pump's inlet is axial suction,and the outlet is axial vertical upward.The pump and the driving motor are mounted on the same base through an elastic coupling(or belt coupling).The pump adopts soft packing sealing,which has good thermal adaptability,excellent sealing without leakage,and does not require the installation of a cooling system,greatly reducing operating costs.
